Privacy Notice
The consultation feature on the Kyungjin Academy website works by opening the user's mobile text-message app.
The website itself does not store consultation form entries on a server or database. After the user sends a message directly from their messaging app, that message may be stored by the carrier and on the recipient's phone.
1. Information entered for consultation
The text message may include the parent/guardian's name, the student's grade, learning concerns, available consultation time, and an optional note.
2. Purpose of use
- Connect the user with the appropriate grade-level consultation contact
- Coordinate a learning-consultation schedule
- Guide the user on materials to prepare for consultation
3. Retention and deletion
Information received by text is managed only as necessary for consultation and academy operations. For consultations that do not lead to enrollment, the retention period and deletion procedure follow the academy's internal policy. Deletion requests are handled to the extent there is no legal obligation to retain the information.
4. Self-check feature
The error-pattern self-check is calculated only in the user's browser. Selections are not transmitted to or stored on a server. It is reference information for educational consultation and is not a medical or psychological diagnosis.
